Feel a deep connection to the horses, experience inner peace and balance. Through the messages of the horses you will recognize your own needs and learn to respect them. Together we can reduce stress and restore your inner balance. Recharge your batteries and emerge from the workshop strengthened to live more consciously and be in harmony with yourself. Claudia will interpret the horses' messages for each participant so that all questions can be answered. Process:

Entrance 10am

10.30 a.m. Claudia Friederich: Lecture Horses as healers – What we can learn from horses

11.00 a.m. Mindfulness training to increase your awareness and spiritual strength

13.00 Lunch, sufficient food is provided

2.00 p.m. Each participant receives messages from the horses in response to the questions you will ask

4.00 pm Intrinsic awareness strengthening with the horses on the pasture by the pond in pure nature

6.00 pm END
